•Design intuitive, user-friendly interfaces •Develop high-fidelity mockups and interactive prototypes •Create and maintain a consistent visual language •Collect and refine requirements from stakeholders •Present findings and recommendations to senior managers •Provide guidance and training to implement changes •Work closely with developers for accurate implementation •Monitor and evaluate performance of design solutions
🎯 Requirements
•Experience working with product teams as a Senior Product Designer on B2C products •Experience in business-driven UI redesign •Ability to provide high-quality Design and Technical documentation •Experience with both product metrics and UX metrics •Experience with Figma, JIRA, and Confluence •B2+ or higher level of English proficiency •C1+ level of Russian proficiency •Sharing common values: trust, challenge, ownership, and enthusiasm for constant change
