Description

• Leadership and Team Management: Be the first technical sales person on the ground, and later on establish, lead and manage a team of presales professionals, providing guidance, coaching, and mentorship • Technical Expertise and Solution Demos: Develop a deep understanding of SOCRadar's cybersecurity solutions, staying up-to-date with product enhancements and industry trends • Client Engagement and Relationship Building: Collaborate with sales representatives and account managers to identify and understand client needs, aligning them with appropriate solutions • Solution Design and Proposal Development: Work closely with the product management and engineering teams to provide input on product enhancements and new feature requirements based on customer feedback • Sales Support and Enablement: Collaborate with the sales enablement team to develop and deliver training programs for the sales team on product knowledge and competitive positioning

Requirements

• Bachelor's degree in Computer Science, Information Technology, or a related field • Minimum of 8 years of experience in presales or a technical sales role within the cybersecurity industry • Strong knowledge of cybersecurity solutions, industry trends, and competitive landscape • Excellent presentation and communication skills, with the ability to articulate complex technical concepts to both technical and non-technical audiences • Proven track record of leading presales activities, including solution demonstrations, proposal development, and client engagement • Leadership experience, with the ability to motivate and manage a team to achieve targets • Strong problem-solving skills, with the ability to understand client requirements and propose tailored solutions • Willingness to travel as needed for client meetings and industry events
