• Visionary Head of Product Design for B2B Identity Verification SaaS products • Influence strategic decision making through design • Manage a Design team and backlog using JIRA • Drive and evolve Design and UX discovery process • Create intuitive user interface designs and defend these in reviews • Write effective documents outlining UX milestones to improve CSAT or NPS • Discern patterns to recommend common UI services • Up-level team with Design, UX skill training, and sharing best practices • Develop and present user flows, wireframes, and prototypes • Ensure high quality design releases that enhance user experience

Requirements

• Bachelor's degree in Design, Human-Computer Interaction, Computer Science, or equivalent practical experience • 10+ years of experience in product design or UX • 5+ years of experience leading design projects and managing people or teams • Master's degree in Design, Human-Computer Interaction, Computer Science, or a related field (preferred) • 7 years of experience working in a complex, cross-functional organization (preferred)
