📋 Description
• Soda is looking for a proven VP of Engineering to strengthen our leadership team. • You will report directly to the CPO, working closely with the product team to accelerate delivery of upcoming product features. • Your primary responsibility will be leading the engineering team, ensuring high velocity and alignment between architectural decisions and the product roadmap. • You will resolve critical engineering challenges hands-on and spend at least 50% of your time with implementation. • Ensure fast delivery by structuring engineering work, best practices, and processes. • Oversee architectural decisions for quick delivery in the coming years.
🎯 Requirements
• Deep understanding of and extensive experience applying modern architectural design principles, extending to service architectures and full multi-tenanted SaaS product development. • Experience in broad-based API integration, extending to integrating with legacy systems quickly and without performance issues. • Expertise in building robust, scalable B2B products. • Appreciation for UX and UI. • Experience putting ML systems in production. • Computer science or Engineering degree or other relevant educational background. • Track record of leading highly technical engineering teams. • Experience in building and scaling remote and distributed teams.
