• Seeking a proactive, results-driven individual as a Business Development Representative (BDR) for Sofascore Editor, • Focus on driving growth by establishing and closing partnerships with sports organizations, • Acting as the main point of contact for sports organizations in LATAM, • Proactively seeking and closing deals to drive adoption of the Sofascore Editor platform, • Collaborating with the Business Development Team Lead to define expansion strategies, • Tracking and reporting partnership progress to optimize the sales process, • Supporting sports organizations in utilizing the Sofascore Editor platform effectively, • Staying updated on industry trends and competitor activities

Requirements

• At least 3 years of experience in a similar position (e.g., Account Executive, Sales Representative, etc.), with a proven track record of meeting or exceeding sales targets • Fluency in both English and Spanish (high proficiency in both languages is essential for communication with international partners); knowledge of other languages is an advantage • Knowledge of sports is a strong advantage, as understanding the domain helps in making well-informed decisions and aligning with partners' and business needs • Excellent communication skills, particularly in negotiation and presentation, with the ability to build and maintain strong client relationships • Strategic thinking and problem-solving mindset, capable of making data-driven decisions to improve sales performance and client outcomes • Proficiency with CRM systems (e.g., Salesforce, HubSpot) and sales tools to manage leads and track sales progress effectively • High level of self-organization and planning skills, with the ability to prioritize tasks and manage time efficiently • Collaborative team player who can work cross-functionally with marketing, product, and customer success teams to achieve shared goals • Flexibility to travel, as needed, to meet with partners and attend industry events
