🎯 Requirements
• PhD or Master's in Electrical Engineering, Physics, or related field • 5+ years RF engineering research experience • Expert knowledge of RF circuit design and optimization • Strong background in CMOS, SiGe, GaN, and InP technologies • Proficiency in RF simulation tools (Cadence, ADS) • Experience with AI/ML for RF optimization • Deep understanding of wireless standards and protocols • Excellence in research project management • Track record of technical publications
