• About the company: Softermii is an outsourcing/outstaffing company with more than 8 years of experience in web and mobile application development. • Company's mission: Softermii: Succeed Without (L) imitations. We will turn any idea into a valuable product. • Needed: Advisory board/ Consultant CTO to help with solving corner cases of SDO processes and overall processes Audit. • Your responsibilities: Be available on demand for the SDO questions with a delay no longer than 1 day; Optimize feature flow for iterative development; Review existing SDO processes - do an Audit, discuss with the Head, and provide recommendations.
Requirements
• 10+ years of experience in the Software Engineering. • 4+ years of experience in Software management (as a Lead/Head). • 5+ years of experience in outsourcing/outstaffing companies. • Managed QTY of Developers of more than 10. • Solid experience in Strategy planning. • Proven pre-sale/discovery experience. • Upper-Intermediate English level.
