Description
• The logistic project dedicated to helping companies carry out goods worldwide, we create a system of managing container shipping by sea. A business-friendly digital freight forwarding service, together with the freedom and control of a user-friendly digital solution. • Get on with the Product Owner on the ideas assessment that could be transformed into the actual implementation and functions extension. • Be a really motivated UI/UX Designer to hold UI/UX Research, ideas brainstorming, prototype solutions, and present results to stakeholders.
Requirements
• At least 3 years of commercial experience as a UX/UI designer in an IT company. • Conversational English at a B2 Upper-Intermediate level, with experience communicating directly with clients • A strong portfolio with diverse work: design concepts, branding, interface prototypes, website designs, mobile app designs • The ability to present your work and justify your decisions, effectively defend project positions, and find solutions during negotiations • Excellent communication skills, the ability to build relationships with development teams, stakeholders, and potential users • The ability to consistently create creative, intuitive, and attractive concepts independently • Knowledge of UI principles, understanding modern UX design principles, and working with design systems and tools • A willingness to constantly improve both independently and alongside the company, regularly updating knowledge on industry trends to enhance design quality and user experience
