• Collaborate closely with the People Team to align recruitment strategies with company values and objectives. • Partner with stakeholders to understand hiring needs and develop role requirements. • Schedule and coordinate interviews, ensuring a seamless experience for candidates and hiring teams. • Conduct initial screening calls to assess candidate fit and provide feedback to hiring managers. • Support the creation and setup of new positions by aligning with department leads. • Perform active sourcing on professional platforms to build and maintain a talent pipeline. • Contribute to People Team initiatives, such as improving hiring processes and enhancing candidate experience.
• 2+ years of experience in talent acquisition. • Strong organizational and scheduling skills with attention to detail. • Experience reviewing CVs and filtering candidates for creative and technical roles. • Having an eye for Game Art, with the ability to assess artistic fit of candidates. • Excellent interpersonal and communication skills, with the ability to build strong stakeholder relationships. • Enthusiastic about gaming and knowledgeable about the gaming industry.
