📋 Description
• Lead and mentor a team of 4 data analysts. • Collaborate with development teams to implement data instrumentation. • Partner with game development and product management teams to identify strategic opportunities. • Build and monitor predictive models for business decisions. • Design and implement machine learning models to enhance decision-making. • Work closely with stakeholders to translate business needs into data-driven insights. • Optimize data pipelines in collaboration with Data Engineers. • Ensure data accuracy, consistency, and scalability across analytics projects. • Work with tools such as SQL, Python, Databricks, and Tableau.
🎯 Requirements
• 5+ years of experience in game data analytics, with 2+ years in a leadership role. • Deep knowledge of game monetization, marketing strategies, and industry trends. • Games industry experience with a strong understanding of the game and player market. • Experience in Product Data Science, including areas such as churn, LTV and ROAS prediction. • Strong experience with machine learning models and deployment in production environments. • Proficiency in SQL, Python, and data visualization tools (Tableau preferred). • Experience working with big data platforms (Databricks, Snowflake, etc.). • Excellent English communication skills. • A strategic mindset with a hands-on approach to problem-solving. • Understanding of experimental design, A/B testing techniques and player segmentation.
