📋 Description

• We’re looking for a talented and passionate UI Game Artist to join our remote team. • Help bring our new tile puzzle game to life, currently in the prototyping phase. • Be the sole UI artist of a small, agile team, and own all related work. • Design and create visually appealing and user-friendly UI components for core gameplay. • Collaborate closely with game designers and developers to ensure seamless integration. • Maintain consistency in visual style, ensuring assets are polished and aligned. • Optimize assets for performance without compromising visual quality. • Provide creative solutions to design challenges based on feedback from the team. • Implement and iterate on graphical UI elements in Unity.

🎯 Requirements

• Proven experience as a Game Artist, with a focus on casual (preferably puzzle) games. • At least 1 shipped game and 3+ years of experience. • Strong portfolio showcasing your skills in creating game assets. • Fully proficient working with Unity. • Proficiency in digital painting and illustration software (e.g., Photoshop, Illustrator, Figma). • Solid understanding of color theory, composition, and visual communication. • Strong attention to detail and ability to work in a fast-paced environment. • Excellent communication and teamwork skills. • Ability to take direction and constructive feedback. • Passion for casual games and a keen eye for engaging visual design. • Bonus points for 2D animation in Spine, or similar softwares.
