Description
• Lead a talented team of 4 AppSec engineers dedicated to securing our products at every stage of development • Shape and refine our application security program, introducing best-in-class SSDLC practices and collaborating closely with product and engineering teams • Drive impactful security initiatives such as security reviews, pentests, and the development of a redteaming • Influence product security strategy, making decisions that impact our global audience
Requirements
• 4+ years of experience in application security with a proven track record • 2+ years of leadership experience, inspiring and managing security teams • Hands-on expertise in implementing SSDLC or similar secure software development practices • Solid and hands-on technical background in web and software security, with the ability to mentor and lead by example • Knowledge of DevOps/DevSecOps practices is a plus, but a proactive, learning mindset is even more critical
