📋 Description
• SOFTSWISS is hiring a Business Analyst who is skilled in their craft and shares our passion for innovation and collaboration. • Assist Product Owner in defining project goals and scope • Translate business ideas into well-structured requirements • Define stakeholders and build efficient communication with them • Elicit, analyse and specify requirements (User Stories, Use Cases) • Keep requirements up to date • Digest complex requirements and convert them into testable acceptance criteria • Coordinate requirements with business stakeholders • Interact with the development team, keep the transparency in requirements understanding • Develop and maintain documentation • Plan, monitor, enhance BA processes and activities
🎯 Requirements
• At least 3 years of hands-on experience in BA activities • Strong business and systems analysis skills coupled with the ability to translate input into well-structured requirements • Excellent in critical thinking while requirements elicitation, analysis • Ability to operate independently from getting input from PO to the final realisation of a feature • Experience in value and finance analysis (of business needs, features) • Good knowledge of the main notations of visual modelling (BPMN, UML) • Familiar with data-driven approach • Basic knowledge of BI tools, data structures • Sufficient knowledge of Agile-based methodologies • Experience working in Agile software development • Experience in risk-management • Competency in Atlassian software development and collaboration tools, including JIRA and Confluence • Excellent communicator in both English and Russian • Good leadership and social skills • Good understanding of technologies and principles of building modern web applications • Strong can-do attitude, problem-solving skills, and a willingness to walk the extra mile • Nice to have: Quick learner • Experience in data analytics • Experience working with 3rd party integrations, API documentation
