• Join SOFTSWISS as a Chief Technical Officer and be part of our exciting journey! • Looking for a dynamic and motivated Chief Technical Officer to join our ranks on a full-time basis. • Working to continuously develop the platform, suggest new technologies, enhancing existing technologies, provide technical leadership to the team in defining the vision, strategy and architecture for the company. • The Chief Technical Officer has one key mission: making sure that the organisation’s technology fully serves its business strategy. • Requires outstanding technical skills but also excellent communication and management skills.

Requirements

• Proficiency and hands-on experience with Java, Spring, AWS, Microservices, Messaging (Rabbit, Kafka), Databases (AWS RDS, Redshift), and Kubernetes • A solid foundation in frontend technologies, with a preference for Angular • A proven track record of successfully building and delivering high-volume, user-facing web applications on a global scale from inception • Extensive experience in leading and managing technical organizations composed of multiple agile cross-functional teams, establishing end-to-end delivery processes with fully automated CI/CD pipelines • A strong understanding of financial management, including budgeting for team costs, cloud infrastructure, subscriptions, and equipment • Preferred (but not mandatory) experience in the iGaming/betting industry
