• Participating in month-end-close activities • Facilitating adequate cost allocation among departments and business units • Ensuring proper implementation of budget policies and maintaining cost control system • Monthly reporting and interacting with all the departments of the company on financial analysis matters • Participating in automation projects, incl. Initiating and implementation control (testing) • Preparing budgets and forecasts together with department heads to implement their initiatives and achieve corporate goals • Other Ad Hoc reports, analysis, tasks requested by management
• Higher education in finance/accounting or related fields • English and Russian (at least upper-intermediate, both written and oral) • 2+ years of relevant work experience preferably within international companies • Strong analytical abilities • Proficiency in MS Excel and other financial software • Experience with 1C or Xero or similar software • Meticulous attention to detail with superb organisational skills ensuring meeting tight deadlines • Ability to work independently and as part of a team • Accounting knowledge
