📋 Description
• Manage a team of bank operations and provide leadership and support as needed • Monitoring the loading of all bank statements in 1C, identifying the causes of failures and fixing problems • Performs reconciliation of bank statements with internal accounting records • Management and control of the accuracy of filling out the Vendors and Customers catalogs in 1C • The distribution of bank accounts within the team, involves assigning responsible employees for managing and monitoring bank accounts of the company • Collaborate with other departments, such as finance and customer service, to ensure smooth and efficient operations • Prepare and present cash reports to senior management
🎯 Requirements
• Higher education in finance/accounting or related • 3+ years of relevant work experience preferably within international companies • English and Russian (at least upper-intermediate, both written and oral) • Advanced Excel skills • Experience with 1C and Xero or similar software • Meticulous attention to detail with superb organisational skills • Ability to meet tight deadlines • Ability to work independently and as part of a team
