📋 Description

• Internal Communications Strategy : Design and implement communication strategies to enhance internal storytelling, employee engagement, and collaboration. • Cross-functional Collaboration : Partner with various teams to improve communication flows and align messaging with company values. • Content Creation & Strategy : Identify key internal stories and develop creative formats, including videos, interactive updates, and employee-driven storytelling. • Internal Engagement Initiatives : Lead campaigns and interactive initiatives (e.g., gamification, internal challenges) to boost engagement and morale. • Corporate Merchandise Management : Oversee the corporate merchandise strategy, including product development, feedback gathering, and vendor management. • Employee Recognition Programs : Develop and enhance employee recognition initiatives, including digital kudos and reward systems. • Event Support : Assist in organizing internal events, such as All Hands meetings and town halls, to promote engagement and communication. • Analytics & KPIs : Define and track key communication KPIs, measuring the impact on employee satisfaction, eNPS, and overall engagement. • Content Collaboration : Work with editorial teams to shape the internal news agenda and ensure consistent, relevant messaging.

🎯 Requirements

• 5+ years of experience in internal communications, HR communications, or marketing. • Strong stakeholder management skills and the ability to work as a strategic partner across departments. • Previous experience leading employee engagement initiatives and rolling out company-wide communication projects. • Excellent written and verbal communication skills in Russian and English (B2+/C1 level). • Hands-on experience with Jira, Confluence, Slack, and Canva. • Highly creative, proactive, and detail-oriented, with a passion for improving employee experience.
