• SOFTSWISS is seeking an experienced Product Owner for their Sportsbook team. • Responsible for analyzing the current road map and collecting requirements from stakeholders. • Define product vision and specifications. • Manage development backlog, features lifecycle, and product hypotheses testing. • Collaborate to refine the long-term roadmap and make data-driven decisions.
Requirements
• English and Russian (at least upper-intermediate, both written and oral) • 2+ years of experience as a Product Manager or Product Owner • Experience in Betting field • Able to work in a fast-moving, high-pressure environment while maintaining accuracy and attention to detail • Adaptable in your approach and able to operate independently, and as part of a team • Strong analytical skills to think through complex scenarios and create simplicity out of complexity • A good business sense and ability to solve business and user problems rather than deploying technology • Great communication and interpersonal skills as well as critical thinking • Nice to have: Understanding of UI and UX • Experience in A/B testing • Knowledge of Agile development methodology (Scrum, Kanban) and MVP approach
