📋 Description

• Define Sprint Objectives – Set clear sprint objectives aligned with business needs and user requirements, forming the basis for sprint goals • Review and Approve Product Increments – Inspect, validate, and approve development team deliverables at each iteration, from design preparation to production release • Communicate Effectively with Stakeholders – Serve as the primary liaison between stakeholders and the development team, ensuring transparency and alignment on key decisions and strategies • Backlog Management and Refinement – Prioritize, refine, and finalize backlog items with the team before sprint planning • Create and Manage Change Requests – Gather, analyze, and prioritize operational changes, integrating them into the product backlog for future iterations • Define Clear Acceptance Criteria – Establish well-defined acceptance criteria (A/C) for product features, validate them with stakeholders, and use them as a baseline for QA testing • Maintain and Update Requirements – Adapt requirements dynamically throughout the project lifecycle while ensuring consistency across epics, stories, and technical specifications • Own and Oversee Product Artifacts – Ensure high-quality documentation and management of epics, user stories, use cases, and edge cases • Conduct Usability Testing – Test and validate user interfaces and interaction points, gathering insights to refine the product roadmap • Manage API Requirements – Define, document, and test API integrations to ensure seamless interoperability with other services

🎯 Requirements

• 2+ years of experience as a Product Owner or a similar role in an Agile environment • Strong knowledge of Agile methodologies (Scrum, Kanban) • Solid understanding of the Software Development Life Cycle (SDLC) • Proven experience in team management and collaboration • Proficiency with Jira and Confluence • Excellent verbal and written communication skills • Strong time management and multitasking abilities • Decision-making and problem-solving skills • Experience in writing user stories and managing the product backlog effectively • Knowledge of APIs – ability to define and test API requirements • Familiarity with UX research and usability testing • Ability to analyze customer feedback and improve the product accordingly.
