Description

• Collaborate with internal stakeholders to define and prioritize feature requirements for our RegTech software platform. • Perform testing, quality assurance, and validation of RegTech software modules to ensure compliance with regulatory standards. • Provide expertise and guidance to clients, assisting them in implementing, customizing, and integrating our RegTech solutions. • Stay updated on the latest trends and advancements in RegTech, proactively identifying opportunities for innovation and improvement. • Collaborate with other teams to showcase our RegTech solutions through product demonstrations, client presentations, and industry events.

Requirements

• 2+ years of proven experience in regulatory technology or related domains • Understanding of compliance processes and AML regulatory frameworks will be a plus • Strong English skills, both written and verbal • Familiarity with RegTech software solutions, data analytics, machine learning, and artificial intelligence • Strong problem-solving skills and ability to analyze complex regulatory scenarios • Excellent communication and interpersonal skills to collaborate with cross-functional teams and non-technical stakeholders • Excellent negotiation skills • Self-motivated with a strong sense of ownership, able to work independently • Russian language skills would be beneficial • A background in legal or paralegal is desirable • Experience in the iGaming industry is a plus
