• Project – the aim you’ll have: Our client is a cutting-edge clinical software startup, revolutionizing the world of clinical trials. • Their agile, product-focused approach allows them to deliver innovative solutions that empower researchers and medical professionals to make faster, data-driven decisions that improve research outcomes. • They are on a mission to transform the clinical trial industry, and we are looking for talented and passionate individuals to join their growing team. • Position – how you’ll contribute: We are seeking a highly skilled Full-stack Senior Developer with expertise in Java, Spring Boot, and React to join one of our pods. • The ideal candidate will have hands-on experience with AWS, Kubernetes, Terraform, or similar IaC technologies, and a strong understanding of modern web application architecture. • As a Senior Engineer, you will play a key role in designing, building, and maintaining high-quality, scalable software solutions that meet business requirements.

Requirements

• Bachelor's degree in Computer Science or a related field, or equivalent practical experience • 4+ years of experience in software development, with a focus on web applications • Expertise in Java, Spring Boot, and React, with a strong understanding of modern web application architecture • Proficient in designing and implementing RESTful APIs, microservices, and distributed systems • Knowledge of Agile methodologies and experience working in a fast-paced, product-focused environment • Excellent problem-solving, leadership, and communication skills • Nice to have: Experience with AWS, Terraform, or similar cloud technologies • Experience in the clinical trials, healthcare, or pharmaceutical industry • Familiarity with Docker, Kubernetes, and containerization technologies • Working knowledge of AI/ML technologies such as model training and LLMs
