Description

• Develop and maintain the ServiceNow platform for a prominent client in Western Europe. • Leverage ServiceNow’s capabilities to design and implement custom applications, workflows, and integrations. • Use UI Builder to create robust and user-friendly workspaces. • Implement best practices for code reusability, maintainability, and scalability. • Engage with stakeholders to understand their business needs. • Troubleshoot and resolve issues within the ServiceNow environment. • Keep up-to-date with the latest ServiceNow updates and best practices. • Maintain comprehensive documentation for system configurations and development processes.

Requirements

• Experience: 1+ years as a ServiceNow Engineer with a focus on ITSM, CSM, and/or CSDM. • Core Proficiency: ITSM: Strong understanding of Incident, Problem, Change Management, Service Catalog, and Service Level Management. • CSM: Experience in Case Management, Customer Service Portals, and Knowledge Base configuration. • CSDM: Familiarity with the Common Service Data Model for streamlined service modeling. • UI Builder: Proficient in UI Builder with a track record of creating and customizing workspaces. • Technical Skills: Skilled in Flow Designer, IntegrationHub, and custom app development on the ServiceNow platform. • Language Requirements: Fluent in English and Polish (minimum B2+ level).
