• 5+ years of full-cycle IT recruitment experience; • Strong track record in hiring for technical roles; • Strong command of ATS systems; • Proficiency in talent acquisition tools / techniques; • Familiarity with technical skill sets and programming languages; • Ability to interpret recruitment metrics and analytics; • Independence and ability to work under pressure; • High level of English (min. C1); • Excellent communication skills; • Team player attitude.
