🎯 Requirements
• Share our core values (please see below). • At least 5 years of performing application, mobile, network and desktop penetration testing. • Strong software development background in two or more of Python, .NET, Ruby or Java. • Bonus points are for OSCP, GWAPT, or other equivalent certificates. • Expert with OWASP Top 10, ASVS, and WSTG and can explain them easily. • Strong verbal and written communication skills. • Strong client facing experience • Strong analytical and quantitative skills. • Nice to Haves: Open-source contributions • Public speaking experience • Performing training in a professional capacity • Teaching experience, preferably security or CS topics • You have done CTFs (Capture The Flag) in a competitive manner.

• Competitive base salary - $120,000 - $150,000 CAD • Work remotely anywhere in Canada (you're welcome to work in the Ottawa office when you'd like the option). • Work remotely from anywhere in the world for up to 2 months per year. • Yearly profit-sharing between 7 - 12% of your base salary, based on your performance. • Perks such as: monthly UberEats budget, annual home office stipend. • 3 weeks of vacation to start.
