Description

• Develop, implement, and manage the outside sales partner program strategy, including partner and dealer recruitment, onboarding, training, and ongoing support in the Eastern region • Identify and recruit new outside sales partners and dealers to expand our reach in the eastern market • Deliver hands-on training programs for outside sales partners and dealers to ensure they have the knowledge and tools to effectively represent our products/services • Track and monitor partner & dealer performance and KPIs. Provide regular reports and feedback to regional partners and dealers on their performance • Build strong relationships with outside sales partners, serving as the primary point of contact for their inquiries, support needs, and collaboration opportunities • Collaborate with the sales and marketing teams to provide regional partners and dealers with sales collateral, resources, and marketing materials that support their sales efforts • Develop and execute regional marketing strategies to promote the outside sales partner program, including webinars, events (tradeshows, conferences, local and regional), and promotional campaigns

Requirements

• Bachelor's degree in Animal Science, Agriculture Business, Agricultural Engineering, Agriculture Science or Business or related field with experience in rotational/regenerative grazing, regenerative agriculture or agricultural sustainability • Must have agricultural experience and background. Experience with rotational managed grazing and regenerative grazing methods is needed • Proven experience in partner program management, outside sales management, or channel sales ideally within the agriculture sector is a plus • Strong understanding of sales and marketing strategies • Exceptional communication and relationship-building skills. Results-driven with a focus on revenue growth and partner satisfaction • Must be willing to travel up to 50% of time or more during peak season
