• Our client is seeking a strategic, results-driven Vice President of Sales to lead and expand their global sales organization. • This executive will oversee all aspects of sales strategy, team leadership, market development, and strategic partnerships. • The ideal candidate brings a mix of vision, execution, and hands-on leadership experience in high-growth, mission-driven environments—particularly within the renewable energy sector.
🎯 Requirements
• 15+ years in sales • 8+ years in senior sales leadership roles • Experience in clean energy, manufacturing, or engineering sectors • Proven ability to scale sales teams and exceed aggressive revenue targets • MBA or advanced business degree preferred • Experience with domestic and international markets • Entrepreneurial spirit with a collaborative, hands-on leadership style • Experience with hydropower or renewable technologies strongly preferred
