• Du verstärkst ein junges, agiles Team und arbeitest mit Kollegen aus dem Back Office, Flug und Vertrieb zusammen. • Du berätst unsere Kunden, verkaufst Reisen und Zusatzleistungen und wickelst sämtliche Kundenanfragen rund um eine touristische Leistung ab. • Einiges davon ist neu für dich oder hast du vielleicht länger nicht ausgeführt? Kein Problem. • Wir bilden dich durch unser internes Training Center aus und vor allem weiter. • Bei solasolution bekommst du Raum, dich weiterzuentwickeln.
🎯 Requirements
• Du hast eine abgeschlossene Ausbildung zum Tourismuskaufmann / zur Tourismuskauffrau • Du konntest bereits Erfahrungen in der Touristikbranche sammeln • Du kennst touristische Systeme wie Amadeus, Iris Plus, myJack, Bistro • Du hast stets Freude am Umgang mit Menschen • Du besitzt eine hohe Servicementalität und Kundenorientierung • Du hast Spaß an Beratungsgesprächen und eine empathische und professionelle Kommunikation • Du bringst ein technisches Grundverständnis für gängige Systeme mit • Du bist aufgeschlossen und hast Spaß daran dich fortzubilden • Du bist flexibel und teamfähig
