Description
• Responsible for daily activities required to support demand management • Understands source of demand • Collect and analyze demand data and provide input for the demand management process • Manages & Develops an accurate demand forecast at appropriate levels • Work closely with marketing, sales and customer service to collect customer provided forecasts • Participate in weekly/monthly demand meetings and reviews • Update forecasts and demand plans • Follow-up on actions from the S&OP process
Requirements
• Degree or equivalent experience required • Experience in an analytical data position • Demand planning experience is required • Strong excel skills • SAP experience would be highly desirable or similar ERP system • Planning system experience e.g. INFOR etc. • Great communication skills, with the ability to communicate at all levels • High attention to detail • Proactive approach to work, actively seeking solutions • Strong Interpersonal skills • Logical thinker who can identify, articulate, and resolve data related issues
