📋 Description
• The Global Marketing Innovation Manager is responsible for driving strategic growth through innovation in key market segments like food and barrier packaging • This role includes leading market innovation and project execution efforts for key products • The position is responsible for coordinating with other functions to develop seamless on-target innovation on time and within budget
🎯 Requirements
• A minimum of 7 years in Business-to-Business Marketing and/or innovation with demonstrable experience in turning market-based insights into successful innovation-based growth • Bachelor's degree required in marketing, packaging science or related field with Master's degree a plus • Work experience in consumer packaged goods or food packaging industry required • Demonstrable experience in project management approaches and tools • Demonstrable high proficiency in Microsoft Office Suite required
