• Responsible for providing scientifically sound assessments for food applications worldwide • Organize, drive and maintain independently “Green” certificate approvals • Conduct food application approvals in cleaners and biocides • Work with sustainability department on strategies • Organize NSF approval across all product lines
• Minimum Bachelor degree in chemistry, biochemistry, pharmacology, chemical engineering, food chemistry ,or similar • Knowledge in chemistry related regulatory areas is a plus • Application of safety assessment models (migration, human exposure) • 1-2 years of relevant experience within the chemical or related industry is a plus • Good analytical and problem-solving and prioritization skills • Self-starter with ability to think and act independently • Team player • Fast learner with a flexible style • Highly accountable: solution-, results- and action-oriented • Excellent verbal / written communication and interpersonal skills • Knowledge of product regulations, enforcement and industry practice relevant to the chemical industry are an asset
