📋 Description

• Manage day-to-day bookkeeping, month-end close, and financial operations. • Ensure the accuracy and timeliness of financial records through efficient bookkeeping processes. • Execute accrual accounting functions, including preparation of financial statements and reports. • Perform audits of financial records to identify discrepancies. • Prepare monthly, quarterly, and annual financial statements, delivering them on schedule. • Ensure compliance with accounting standards and regulations, such as GAAP and IFRS. • Manage payroll process and maintain accurate employee records. • Collaborate with external auditors and financial professionals as necessary. • Provide ad-hoc financial analysis and support as required. • Track salaries, payroll taxes, and employee expense reimbursements accurately. • Ensure accurate month-end close and deliver financial statements on time.

🎯 Requirements

• Strong knowledge of accounting principles, practices, and procedures, including GAAP and IFRS, with a focus on accuracy and timeliness. • Proficiency in MS Excel, Google Sheets, and accounting software such as Xero, Zoho, and QuickBooks • Solid conceptual understanding of accrual accounting principles, applying them accurately and in a timely manner. • Familiarity with accounting procedures for M&A and the consolidation of financial statements with accuracy and timeliness. • Excellent analytical and problem-solving skills, responding promptly with accurate and timely solutions. • Effective communication and interpersonal abilities to ensure accurate and timely collaboration. • Exceptional attention to detail and accuracy, while maintaining speed and timeliness. • ACA/ACCA/CPA/CIMA or equivalent qualification. • 2-3 years of experience in bookkeeping, accounting, or finance, preferably in a B2B SaaS environment, emphasizing accuracy and timeliness.
