📋 Description
• Master and maintain detailed knowledge of the entire viaPeople product suite and configuration options • Work closely with the viaPeople technology team as part of the manual testing process to ensure the products are configured and customized in accordance with the project requirements and documentation • Develop and execute detailed project plans • Clearly and accurately documenting bugs or issues with the internal ticketing system • Perform regression testing to ensure fluid performance throughout the process
🎯 Requirements
• Prior experience in Quality Assurance or similar role • Experience in QA methodology and regression testing • Excellent verbal communication and listening skills for working in a team environment • Highly organized and process-oriented self-starter with great attention to detail, who takes initiative to solve problems independently • Solid analytical and problem-solving skills; ability to define problems, collect data, establish facts, and draw valid conclusions • Optional, but helpful Excel proficiency • Basic Microsoft SQL
