📋 Description
• Design, develop, and maintain ETL pipelines using industry-standard tools and technologies. • Collaborate with data analysts and architects to understand data requirements and translate them into scalable ETL solutions. • Optimize existing ETL workflows for performance and reliability, ensuring data quality and integrity. • Implement data validation and cleansing techniques to ensure high-quality datasets for analytics. • Monitor and troubleshoot ETL processes, addressing issues and optimizing for resource management. • Contribute to data modeling efforts, ensuring compatibility with ETL processes and reporting needs. • Develop and maintain documentation for ETL processes, configurations, and data mappings. • Provide support for data governance initiatives and compliance with data management standards. • Engage in continuous improvement efforts to enhance data processing capabilities and contribute insights on emerging technologies.
🎯 Requirements
• 5+ years of experience in ETL development and data integration. • Proven experience with ETL tools such as Talend, Informatica, or Microsoft SSIS. • Strong SQL skills and experience with relational databases (e.g., SQL Server, Oracle, MySQL). • Knowledge of data warehousing principles and best practices. • Experience with cloud data platforms (e.g., AWS, Azure) is a plus. • Familiarity with programming languages such as Python or Java for data manipulation. • Excellent problem-solving skills and a keen attention to detail. • Strong communication skills and ability to work collaboratively in a team environment. • Intellectual curiosity and a proactive approach to keeping up with industry trends and technologies. • Self-motivated and capable of managing multiple tasks effectively.
