• Identify and gather information about potential target corporate clients • Outreach to corporate targets utilizing “cold calling”, social media and email marketing • Support ongoing corporate relationships • Actively update Salesforce with contact details and follow-up actions • Maintain performance metrics for the Enterprise Sales Team members • Coordinate with sales team to develop mutually beneficial proposals • Set discovery and “pitch” call appointments for Enterprise Sales team • Follow-up on trade show/event leads • Participate in pre-trade show and industry event networking via social media efforts • Maintain active communication with sales stakeholders • Gather and document useful information from customers and competitors alike • Schedule and confirm presentations for sales team to prospective clients • Refine and document processes to support the steps in the sales process • Track, identify and add qualified prospects to sales pipeline utilizing Salesforce • Outreach to targeted strategic partners to grow business • Track and report on the status of proposal components • Disperse and track communications for sales proposals created by the sales team • Other duties as assigned
• Proven experience in outside sales, sales administration, appointment setting or business development • Strong background in sales with a narrow focus on business-to-business results • Ability to negotiate and close online presentation appointments effectively • Demonstrated results in outreach to corporate targets • Excellent customer service and account management skills • Demonstrated ability to support prospecting and the achievement of sales targets • A problem solver; excited to tackle both small and large challenges • Enthusiastic, positive, and team-oriented • Excited to work in a fast-paced, growing, scale-up environment • Driven, gritty, and resilient; demonstrated ability to persevere through unanticipated challenges
