📋 Description

• This is a remote position. • Summary: This role is responsible for the implementation, maintenance, and optimization of integrations between key business systems, primarily utilizing the Celigo integration platform. • The focus will be on ensuring seamless data flow between Netsuite (ERP) and other critical applications such as (HR and workforce management). • Additionally, this individual will play a key role in leveraging business intelligence and analytics tools to derive insights from integrated data and support data-driven decision-making. • Integration Development and Management: Design, develop, and deploy integrations between Netsuite, and other platforms using Celigo. • Configure and maintain pre-built Celigo integration flows and customize them to meet specific business requirements. • Troubleshoot integration errors, identify root causes, and implement solutions to ensure data integrity and system stability. • Collaborate with business stakeholders to gather integration requirements and translate them into technical specifications. • Stay informed on Celigo platform updates, new features, and best practices. • Business Intelligence and Analytics: Utilize BI and analytics tools (e.g. Power BI, Netsuite Analytics) to analyze data from integrated systems. • Develop dashboards, reports, and visualizations to provide insights into key business metrics such as sales performance, inventory levels, customer behavior, and employee productivity. • Identify trends, patterns, and anomalies in data to support strategicdecision-making and process improvement. • Collaborate with business users to understand their reporting needs and provide ad-hoc data analysis and support. • Data Governance and Security: Ensure compliance with data governance policies and procedures for all integrated systems. • Implement data security measures to protect sensitive information and maintain data integrity. • Document integration processes and data flows to maintain system knowledge and facilitate troubleshooting.

🎯 Requirements

• Nice to have: Experience with other integration platforms • Knowledge of data warehousing and processes • Understanding of API concepts and web services • Experience with scripting languages (e.g., JavaScript, Python)
