📋 Description
• Our client is a professional licensing company with exclusive ownership of fundamental and important patented technologies relevant to IaaS, PaaS, content delivery networks, datacenters, and other telecommunications and infrastructure services. • The Company is based in Palo Alto and has exclusively retained Solutus Legal Search to assist its executives in hiring an experienced IP licensing and litigation attorney to serve as General Counsel on a part time basis. • The successful candidate will work under the direction and support of the Company’s leadership team to implement business strategy, plans, and licensing programs/projects. • This role involves managing day-to-day legal operations, collaborating with internal and external parties, and ensuring compliance with corporate governance.
🎯 Requirements
• Juris Doctor (JD) from an accredited law school. • Relevant experience (8+ years) in patent licensing and litigation management; corporate law and compliance a plus. • Strong negotiation, drafting, and analytical skills. • Excellent communication and interpersonal skills. • Ability to manage multiple projects and adhere to timelines in a fast-paced environment.
