Description

•Oversee the calendar and schedule for a CEO of Solvd. •Arrange and modify domestic and international travel plans. •Provide white glove assistance to Board of Directors members on business matters and travel arrangements. •Handle a high volume of communication to and from a CEO, prioritizing and finding solutions to various inquiries. •Organize logistics for onsite and offsite group meetings involving the Executive Team and global business leaders. •Manage the creation and secure handling of special presentations and classified documents for the CEO.

Requirements

•Bachelor’s degree required. •Minimum of 5+ years as an executive assistant to a C-Suite executive, with experience working with the Board of Directors of being a plus. •Advanced proficiency in Microsoft Excel, PowerPoint, and Word; familiarity with Google G-suite. •Strong written and verbal communication skills, particularly with senior-level leaders and Board of Directors. •Proven ability to prioritize and manage multiple tasks efficiently. •Advanced English skills with a strong grasp of business related / technology areas. •A self-starter capable of working independently and thriving in a team-oriented culture.
