• Manage growth marketing channels such as (but not restricted to) Apple Search Ads, Google Ads and App Store Optimization channels. • Assist the team in reporting of various marketing channels and app stores across various parts of the funnel. • Assist the team with budget management and reporting to ensure accurate pacing. • Analyze different reports and make optimization recommendations to marketing managers. • Assist with app store optimization tasks as and when needed for both the US and international markets. • Work cross-functionally with the internal creative and BI teams and with external agencies and publishers to further better the performance of marketing. • Help with one-off marketing tests (channels, creatives etc) as and when required. • Builds reports and decks to share results with the larger organization.
• 3-5 years of experience managing and reporting on Apple search ads, Google ads and app store optimization. Both brand and agency experience are welcome. • Experience of programmatic ad buying a plus. • Experience in mobile ad buying is a big plus, but not mandatory. • Excellent with numbers and excel. You are good at digging data and parsing out signals that can meaningfully have an impact on campaign performance. • Attention to detail. You understand the importance of getting seemingly small things right. • Good interpersonal skills to collaborate effectively with marketing managers, creative teams, analytics teams as well as external agencies and publishers. • Good communication skills - both written and verbal.
