• Collaborate with product managers to define product requirements and user flows. • Create fast concepts and high-fidelity mockups to iterate and refine design solutions that are both user-friendly and achieve business goals. • Strong understanding of branding to be able to stick to the brand style w/without a brand-book. Ensure all design elements, both for the product and website, adhere to a company's brand guidelines, maintaining a cohesive visual identity. • Help a product owner find the best way to get the desired results. Such as suggesting where it is better to conduct A/B testing or make a combination of analytics metrics. • Stay updated on web design trends and best practices for optimal user engagement and conversion rates.
• Proven experience (3+ years) as a Product Designer with a portfolio showcasing strong skills in product UI/UX design and website design. • A strong communicator and problem-solver. • Data-driven: You rely on research insights and data to inform design decisions. • Experience with conducting user interviews, surveys, and usability testing. • A great storyteller: You have excellent communication and presentation skills. • At home (and thrive!) in an environment of fast feedback loops and a mindset of rapid prototyping and iteration. • Self-organized. It means nobody should ping you with “How’s it going?”, YOU will be reliable. • Graphic design skills would be beneficial. • Solid understanding of marketing best practices and how design can contribute to achieving marketing goals. • Experience with Adobe After Effects would be a plus.
