📋 Description
• Manage and oversee all aspects of fixed assets, lease, and project accounting • Ensure accurate financial reporting, appropriate systems administration, processes standardization and optimization, and compliance with company policies and procedures • Define and maintain the entire fixed asset life cycle process • Develop and enforce standardized policies, procedures, and systems across regions and segments • Participate in cross-functional initiatives to ensure accounting requirements and financial impacts are identified • Identify opportunities for process improvement, optimization, and implement solutions • Ensure processes are compliant with accounting standards, internal controls, and audit requirements • Monitor performance of implemented processes, using metrics and key performance indicators (KPIs) • Act as a change champion to promote adoption of new processes and technologies
🎯 Requirements
• Bachelor’s degree or higher • 10 years of Finance and/or Accounting experience in a private, public, government or military environment • Technical background in fixed assets, project, and lease accounting • In-depth knowledge of US GAAP
