• As an Analyst in Logistics Procurement, you will have the opportunity to tap into your curiosity. • Collaborate with innovative and diverse people around the world. • Make an impact by leading logistics modal category responsibilities including qualification and negotiation with suppliers. • Assist in developing and executing the strategic procurement vision while driving innovation and continuous improvement. • Oversee financial metrics for category Headwinds, Tailwinds, Cost Avoidance, and Projects. • Stay abreast of current market intelligence across all modes of transport.
Requirements
• Bachelor’s Degree or higher AND a minimum of 5 years of related supply chain experience in a private, public, government or military environment. • Experience related to logistics or transportation procurement. • Experience in contract and supplier management in a Procurement environment. • Strong data analysis (including Excel spreadsheets), negotiating, and problem solving skills. • Self-motivated in ambiguous and autonomous role. • Excellent communication and interpersonal skills. • Assertive, organized, and detail oriented. • Master's degree in a business or industry related discipline from an accredited institution. • Must speak and write fluent English. • Candidate with fluent Japanese much preferred.
