• Seeking a highly skilled professional for marketing assistance and executive support • Full-time independent contractor role • Work remotely in Latin America focusing on client acquisition and financial management • Content creation and management including relaunching a podcast and social media content • Digital marketing tasks such as managing a website and analyzing analytics • Support client outreach and acquisition strategies • Financial management tasks using QuickBooks and preparing P&L statements • Executive support conducting research and managing communication with clients
Requirements
• English proficiency at C1 level or higher, with excellent writing and editing skills capable of ghostwriting high-quality articles • 2-3 years of experience in digital marketing and content creation • Extensive experience with digital marketing tools and platforms (Squarespace, LinkedIn, TikTok, Instagram, Libsyn) • Proficiency in audio and video editing software • Strong understanding of AI tools and their appropriate application in content ideation and editing • Proficient in using Canva and other graphic design tools for creating marketing visuals • Experience with client outreach and acquisition strategies • Proficiency in QuickBooks for financial management and reporting • Excellent project management and organizational skills • Outstanding written and verbal communication abilities • Creative mindset with a talent for generating innovative ideas and designs • Ability to analyze and interpret marketing and financial data • High attention to detail and commitment to quality • Self-motivated with strong time management skills • Adaptable and quick to learn new tools and processes • Experience working remotely and managing multiple projects simultaneously • Experience with Amazon Kindle Direct Publishing or a demonstrated ability to quickly learn and master new publishing platforms • Ability to occasionally work under pressure while maintaining a positive attitude • Background or interest in mental health topics • Previous experience in a similar hybrid role • Advanced graphic design skills and experience with other design software • Prior experience with e-book formatting and publishing • Experience in business development or sales
