This role is for the creatively driven, detail-obsessed, and strategically minded designer who thrives on creating visually stunning and impactful designs. Working closely with the two Co-Founders, you will be the creative force behind our visual identity, responsible for designing high-quality graphics that resonate deeply with our audience. You will craft visuals that not only complement our content but also elevate our brand to stand shoulder-to-shoulder with industry leaders like Mindvalley, Nike, Apple, and MasterClass.com. • This person must be Creative, Focused, Visionary, Adaptable, Reliable, Detail-Oriented, and Results-Driven. • PORTFOLIO must match client's sample: Link for sample portfolio • Duties and Responsibilities: • Creative Design and Execution: Design visually compelling graphics, illustrations, and layouts for a variety of platforms including social media, websites, email campaigns, and print materials. Your designs should reflect the latest trends, be on-brand, and engage our target audience. Design work MUST be able to stand shoulder-to-shoulder with industry leaders like Mindvalley, Nike, Apple, and MasterClass.com, etc. • Brand Development and Consistency: Work collaboratively to develop and maintain a cohesive brand aesthetic across all touchpoints. Ensure all designs align with our brand story, voice, values, and goals, maintaining a consistently high standard of visual communication. • Conceptualization and Innovation: Bring ideas to life through creative concept development, mood boards, and visual storytelling techniques. Constantly push the boundaries of what’s possible, creating designs that set new standards in the industry. • Trend Analysis and Adaptation: Stay ahead of design trends, tools, and techniques to keep our visual presence fresh, relevant, and engaging. Continuously evolve your craft to incorporate the latest in design and technology. • Cross-Platform Design Mastery: Develop designs optimized for multiple platforms, including social media, web, mobile, and print. Demonstrate an understanding of each platform's unique requirements and how best to adapt designs for maximum impact. • Quality Control and Attention to Detail: Maintain meticulous standards in all work, ensuring that every piece of content produced is pixel-perfect and error-free. • Design Tool Expertise: Utilize industry-leading design tools such as Adobe Creative Suite (Photoshop, Illustrator, InDesign), Figma, Canva, and other emerging design technologies including Midjourney. AI and tech integration within your workflow are essential and required.
• At least 2-5 years of experience in creating short form video edits, trendy social media contents especially reels, capcut videos/templates • Exceptional communication skills are required • Combines a sharp creative eye with strategic thinking and possesses a proven track record of delivering visually stunning work. • Adept at balancing form with function, consistently producing designs that are not only beautiful but also effective. • Deep understanding of branding, typography, color theory, and composition is essential. You should be a master at visual storytelling, able to translate complex ideas into compelling visuals that speak to our audience. • Familiarity with the latest design trends, responsive design, and SEO implications in design is a must • Collaborate effectively with cross-functional teams and translate feedback into impactful design solutions. • Innovative, proactive, and always on the lookout for new ways to push our brand forward. • PORTFOLIO IS A MUST
