• Sonatus is a well-funded, fast-paced, and fast-growing company whose technologies and software help automakers build dynamic software-defined vehicles. • With two generations of solutions already on the road with a top global OEM, our vehicle and cloud software solutions are at the forefront of the digital transformation of vehicles. • The Sonatus team is a talented and diverse collection of technology and automotive specialists hailing from many of the most prominent companies in their respective industries. • Sonatus is seeking a highly motivated Senior IT Systems and Network Engineer to join and help with the growing needs of our organization. • This position will oversee and support the day-to-day operation of servers and networks, ensuring reliable performance and data integrity in local area networks (LANs), wide area networks (WANs). • Develop and maintain intranets, manage user accounts, define and implement Disaster Recovery procedures. • Ideal candidates should have in-depth data center server, networking and cloud architecture and application experience. • Individuals should be a meticulous organizer, excellent communicator with a positive, can-do attitude and be able to adapt quickly to a fast-paced environment. • Possess an aptitude to troubleshoot various systems and network problems. • A team player, yet able to work independently and prioritize accordingly.
• Minimum with a Bachelor’s degree in Computer Information Systems or related IT specialization with 10 years of working experience • Strong hands-on experience with Linux Systems Administration (Debian and RHEL-based distributions). • Demonstrated experience with configuration management systems such as Ansible • Experience with scripting in Bash, Python or any other language • Understanding of Mobile Device Management (MDM) solutions such as JumpCloud • Experience with virtualization such as VMware ESXi, any public cloud (AWS, GCP, Azure), Docker and/or Kubernetes • Understanding of networking protocols such as IPSEC, HSRP, BGP, OSPF 802.11, 802.1X and QoS. • Experience working with Identity Provider (IdP) solutions and integration with LDAP and RADIUS • Ability to participate in multiple projects simultaneously and prioritize effectively, handle assigned tasks with minimal supervision • Team player, resourceful, able to work under pressure • Excellent written and verbal communication; and presentation skills
