📋 Description

• Responsible for designing, developing, and deploying AI-driven solutions that will directly impact our guest experience strategy. • Work on a high-impact project involving cutting-edge machine learning models, natural language processing (NLP), and other AI technologies. • Design and build AI models that power our guest interactions, including chatbots, voice assistants, and email/text automations. • Implement machine learning models using data from internal systems and external sources to optimize guest interactions. • Serve as a technical lead, providing mentorship and guidance to junior developers while ensuring best practices are followed. • Work closely with product managers, data scientists, and engineering teams to integrate AI-driven solutions into our products. • Continuously monitor, evaluate, and refine AI models to ensure high performance and accuracy. • Design and develop solutions that can be deployed at scale across multiple regions and channels, ensuring robustness and reliability. • Keep up-to-date with the latest advancements in AI and machine learning, applying these to solve business challenges. • Collaborate with legal and compliance teams to ensure AI systems adhere to ethical and regulatory standards.

🎯 Requirements

• 7+ years of experience in software development, with a minimum of 3 years working on AI or machine learning projects. • Strong understanding of machine learning algorithms, neural networks, natural language processing (NLP), and deep learning techniques. • Proficiency in Python, TensorFlow, PyTorch, and other AI/ML frameworks. • Experience with cloud platforms (AWS, GCP, Azure) is preferred. • Experience with large-scale data processing technologies like Apache Spark, and knowledge of SQL and NoSQL databases. • Hands-on experience deploying AI/ML models into production environments and ensuring scalability. • Ability to solve complex problems with innovative AI solutions, optimizing for performance and usability. • Ability to work with cross-functional teams, including product managers, engineers, and data scientists, ensuring alignment on technical and business goals. • Experience in building and iterating on AI systems through model training, validation, testing, and performance tuning.
