Description

• Define the technical architecture and best practices for frontend applications, ensuring scalability and maintainability • Design and implement critical and complex features of user-facing applications and internal tools • Act as a mentor and technical guide for other team members, fostering their development and growth • Collaborate closely with engineers, product managers, designers, and stakeholders to align technical vision with business goals • Ensure code quality through rigorous code reviews and the use of best practices in testing • Promote and adopt new technologies and methodologies that enhance efficiency and product quality • Actively participate in solving complex issues and continuously improve development processes

Requirements

• Bachelor's degree in Computer Science or equivalent experience • 8+ years of experience in designing and building enterprise-grade or consumer-facing software • Excellent coding skills and a strong understanding of architectural patterns in high-scale applications • Proven expertise with ReactJS and TypeScript at scale • Experience in native mobile development (iOS/Android with or without React Native) is a plus • Deep understanding of design systems, responsive design principles, and cross-browser compatibility • Expertise in using RESTful APIs and GraphQL to interface with backend services • Solid experience in writing unit and end-to-end tests with established frameworks and libraries • Successful track record of delivering complex projects with multiple technical and non-technical dependencies • Excellent communication and leadership skills, with the ability to influence and lead technical teams • Proactive approach to identifying and resolving complex technical issues
