Description
• Cyber Cloud Engineers ensure cloud services are functioning normally, troubleshoot issues, and implement relevant upgrades. • Their core responsibility is to ensure that cloud security services, software, etc. are running effectively.
Requirements
• Gain in-depth knowledge of SGI offered cloud security software suites. • Perform in-depth analysis and diagnosis for Cloud applications. • Assist and train partners on the procedures for implementation, configuration, and maintenance of Cloud Security products & services. • Respond to customers experiencing technical issues via the ticketing system or phone in a timely, courteous, and professional manner. • Work closely with team members and vendor support teams to deliver solutions to complex technical issues, while also delivering high-level support to customers • Diagnose, research, reproduce and log reported defects working with Cloud Security vendor’s engineering departments. • Assist in the development of training materials to empower support personnel; acts as team mentor as needed. • Document technical resolutions to increase the Cloud Security product & services support knowledge base as needed. • Stay up to date on the latest Cloud Security products and services, industry best practices, and customer needs; attend applicable training, conferences, and learn new tools as needed.
