• Reporting into Global Solution Architect Lead • As a Solutions Architect, you will be working with our customers and partners to architect solutions within our Network Security product line. This includes Firewalls, Switching, and Wireless products, and the related management platforms. • Your core responsibilities include supporting the sales processes within the Network Security product line and driving positive product outcomes. • Additionally, you will be working closely with the engineering and PM teams, providing feedback from the field to improve the product quality and usability, playing a key role in delivering unsurpassed support services, and enhancing the customer experience. Requirements

• Minimum of 10 years of related experience required • Minimum of 5 years of experience as a Network Security Architect, or Sr. Consultant • A./B.S. in CS/CIS/MIS/Business or related field equivalent preferred • Prior experience managing customer/partner accounts from a technical perspective • Technical experience in the Cyber security, Cloud and Network Security Industry • Experience as a network administrator (or equivalent) in a Windows or Unix environment • Proven expertise with Network Security (Routers, Switches, firewalls, VPN, routers) • Knowledge of Cloud and Virtualization platforms • Demonstrated ability to successfully execute requirements based on a SOW and project plans • Background in internetworking, LAN, and WAN technologies • Background in debugging broad, complex, and unique enterprise environments with mixed media and protocols • Strong experience of leading complex enterprise projects using a structured approach • Good technical knowledge of network devices (switches, routers, firewalls, IDS/IPS, load balancers, proxies) • Excellent technical knowledge of: Networking principals - TCP/IP, routing, DNS preferred • Strong experience of architecting/designing enterprise solutions (application services, network or security)
