• Comprehension of the influences of external environment and legal changes on the recorded music industry. • Provide clarification on the law and legal language to all levels in the organization. • Communicate with external parties (lawyers, managers, record labels, publishers) in a manner to create positive relationships. • Build effective relationships within SME and partners. • Pro-actively evaluate different risk factors regarding business decisions and operations. • Providing accurate and timely legal and commercial advice to executives on proposed arrangements and existing agreements. • Negotiation and conclusion of various talent agreements and licence agreements often involving multiple stakeholders (to include recording agreements, guest-artist agreements, producer agreements, sample agreements, sponsorships and consultancy agreements.)
