• Collaborates with artists, designers, and developers for user experience • Owns and iterates on user-facing features through game development cycles • Plans and deploys improvements in development processes • Advances capabilities of existing UI/UX tools • Drives work creation and implementation processes • Contributes to team documentation • Communicates concepts and ideas effectively • Encourages mentorship and growth opportunities • Promotes well-being and inclusivity • Advocates for players and user experience

Requirements

• Extensive knowledge of the Adobe suite (Photoshop, Animate, AfterEffects, and Illustrator) • Thorough understanding of digital interaction design fundamentals and patterns • Ability to adhere to style guides and development best practices • Familiarity with front-end development tools (JavaScript, HTML, CSS) a plus • Ability to use common workplace collaborative software like Microsoft Office
