• Drive the UX of an Unannounced Project from prototype to production • Work with a fun, dedicated, and passionate cross-discipline team • Uphold the vision of the game by understanding its product needs and player needs • Develop a UI that supports the gameplay, social, and economy systems • Collaborate with the Art Director to capture the look and feel of the user interface • Deliver functional wireframe specs, user flow diagrams, information architecture, interactive prototypes and more • Build development roadmaps that include usability validation at scale • Ensure consistency and adherence to UX/UI best practices through documentation • Build a UX/UI team, including hiring and guiding teams
• Experience leading or directly supporting leadership in an ongoing live service game • Expert ability to create functional prototypes and accompanying technical documentation • Proficiency in design tools such as Figma, Sketch, Adobe XD, or similar • Strong understanding of design and user-centered principles • Embrace a "we" culture in addition to being an outstanding collaborator and communicator • Strong portfolio showcasing previous UI/UX design work in games
